Welcome to our third Connect newsletter - a
Christmas special.
As 2009 draws to a close it's time to reflect on what has been a rather austere year for the industry. But I'm glad to say it's with a spirit of optimism that we look forward to 2010. A new year will undoubtedly bring fresh opportunities and challenges - but the early indications are that it will be a better year for all of us.
